Celebrating one year with CampusCloud and SmartLockers!

After going live with resero CampusCloud in April 2022 Frederick Community College (FCC) Bookstore continues to offer a model for supporting the educational mission via cloud software and effective, timely integrations between campus systems. Financial aid from the campus PeopleSoft information system is shared securely and real-time with their CampusCloud retail/course materials/eCommerce software, which is in turn integrated with their parcel pickup, resero SmartLockers, for secure, touchless fulfillment. The result is leading edge customer service tailored to the higher education environment; see for yourself at: https://bookstore.frederick.edu/.

The FCC Bookstore Manager, Kim Madden, notes, “We’ve taken a giant leap forward with our customer service both in-person and online. By connecting information from different systems seamlessly, we’re able to offer new services and an online presence that previously seemed completely out of reach. I think that success was possible because resero understands and builds for the higher ed market.”

“Working with Frederick Community College is a pleasure and affirms for us why we work with the higher ed marketplace—we share their pursuit of quality and affordability,” says Chris Przybylski of resero Retail Technologies, “Their commitment to making a difference on campus is exactly what we want to facilitate, and it’s clear that they are succeeding!”

Based in Frederick, MD, Frederick Community offers more than 85 degree and certificate programs to a headcount of over 7,500 undergraduates.

resero retail Technologies is a higher ed retail solutions provider with cloud-based point of sale, inventory management, eCommerce, course materials, financial aid integration, and smartlocker systems.
