With Chris at the helm, resero Retail Technologies has grown from an idea to a startup to a lean privately-held creative solutions provider in the higher ed retail space. Chris has over 15 years of experience working in campus stores starting in with his work as a part-time student employee at the Missouri State University Bookstore and culminating with his leadership role in the Bookstore and Auxiliary Services department at Ozarks Technical Community College (OTC) before joining NACS. Chris has been a strong advocate for the independent campus store and was an integral piece in the transition from lease-to-independent at OTC. He has engaged with various industry associations and groups speaking about this transition and helping stores work towards operational excellence. Chris holds a BSEd in Middle School Education with emphasis in Science and Math and has completed post-grad work in MSEd in Educational Technology from Missouri State University.
