How it Works

Customers are sent a secure numeric pickup code and QR code via email or text message.

Customers visit the designated SmartLockers location when it's convenient for them.

After keying in or scanning their unique code, customers retrieve their package.

Once pickup is completed, the Customer and SmartLockers admin receive a confirmation email.
