Leveraging her extensive higher ed retail experience, Lara is dedicated to the success of our partner stores. She oversees the onboarding and support teams and engages regularly with our partner stores, and their greater campus partners, to ensure ongoing operational excellence.  Lara joined resero Retail Technologies in early 2022 after having worked with Chris previously at the National Association of College Store (NACS), there she served as a Senior Director in Store Collaboration Services. Prior to NACS, Lara spent 35 years working in higher ed retail operations, she has been an advocate of independent college stores throughout her career, serving on the Board of Directors and as Board Chair for the Independent College Bookstore Association (ICBA), and as the Education Chair of the Northwest College Bookstore Association (NCBA). She has worked in positions including Chief of Retail Operations for the University of Washington Book Store, as Store Director at Western Washington University and Southern Oregon University, and as Western States Sales Representative for JA Majors Books (now Baker & Taylor).
